SapphireBet Crypto Sportsbook Review: Honest Evaluation of Trust Factors, Sports Betting Odds & Markets, Bonuses, Features & Player Benefits

Last updated:

22/11/2025

SapphireBet is a gambling website that debuted in 2018, run by DOLCETECH Limited and the Hermes Consulting Company N.V., among others. It is popular in ex-Soviet CIS countries, Africa, and Brazil. Going by one source, more than half its traffic comes from the land of Samba. Regulated in Anjouan, SapphireBet accepts twenty-nine cryptos, has an interface viewable in over sixty languages, and features a casino lobby packed with thousands of games from over one hundred providers.

It has a few bonuses that cater to sports bettors, but its VIP system is casino-oriented. The most impressive thing about this site is what its BetB2B sportsbook delivers, and know that if you pick this hub, KYC is mandatory here.

Are there any unique features making the SapphireBet sportsbook stand out?

The many actual sports streams you get and the vast event and market offerings stand out for sure.

Table of contents

Is SapphireBet trusted, legit, and safe?

Everything we saw suggests that this is a legitimate gambling website and one that can be considered safe, despite some curious aspects about it.

Is SapphireBet licensed by any recognized licensing bodies?

Yes. It has one from Anjouan, an island of the Union of Comoros. Technically, it has gotten regulatory approval to offer its services internationally to gamblers in a wide range of nations from the Government of this Autonomous Island, approval number ALSI-202505019-FI1.

What’s SapphireBet’s reputation with bettors and the wider gambling industry?

We don’t know really. There are very few credible-sounding user reviews for this website. On Trustpilot, there were only four in total, all several years old, as Trustpilot has disabled reviews for company profiles of entities that are connected with Belarus and Russia on account of the Ukraine-Russia war.

There are also not many shared user experiences about SapphireBet on watchdog sites and Internet forums, which we find strange, given that this is not a novel brand at all.

The Trustpilot page for SapphireBet.

What review ratings does SapphireBet typically get?

It seems to get positive ones. We went with three-and-a-half stars, chiefly because of the streams, deep pre-match/live event offering, and hefty number of markets offered for most sports.

Are there any brand or sports personality partnerships that support legitimacy?

We found no evidence of this platform ever striking any big-name sponsorships. That is nothing to raise alarms about, as many top-quality sportsbooks have operated for years without any high-profile partnerships. That is not a red flag.

Are there any known blacklistings?

No. No watchdog-style review sites have chosen to add SapphireBet to their blacklists, and the same goes for any online gambling regulator.

Are there any known or reported scams or scandals?

SapphireBet or DOLCETECH Limited, its operator, has never made headlines in a negative light. There have been no regulatory enforcement actions against either, and no one has accused either of running a wide-scale scam.

Have there been any known data breaches?

There appear to be no public reports, meaning press releases or breach notices naming SapphireBet or DOLCETECH as victims of data breaches, ones that have gotten confirmed. Our in-depth research on this topic did not even see any mentions of rumored breach incidents. While that does not mean that SapphireBet has never leaked any info, it is the best we can do to inform you if something like this has ever happened.

Can players access login and transaction histories?

Yes, you can do both. You can see a list of your active and past site sessions in the security section of your profile options. There, you can see from what city, using what IP, what device, and what OS you have accessed this platform. In the same profile page, under the account category, there is a transaction history link that lets you review all monetary transactions you have made on this hub.

Does the site handle player data privacy effectively?

The privacy policy page here is not overly detailed and is fairly generic. We would call it okay. It cites that all info here gets processed with user consent, which you give upon sign-up. All collected data by this platform gets stored encrypted and password-protected, with transmissions secured via SSL Version 3 and 128-bit encryption. Disclosure gets limited to consented third-party payment processors and legal authorities. You should retain GDPR-like rights at SapphireBet for accessing, correcting, blocking, or deleting user data, achievable via site support.

A look at the SapphireBet privacy page, its opening.

Is there any evidence of credible and recurring bettor complaints?

We did not see a mass persistent complaint pattern for SapphireBet. Nothing really defined regarding non-payment or fraud. That said, we saw scattered user reports about the typical issues that get reported for most gambling sites, meaning KYC delays, occasional slower withdrawals, and disputes over bonus terms.

What security methods are in use?

SapphireBet has an E7 Let’s Encrypt security certificate, allows you to set up 2FA, and link your device to your account for security purposes. The terms here note that SapphireBet uses firewall-protected servers and has encrypted password-protected databases for data storage. It also mentions that anti-fraud protocols are in place here, but all of this is rather vague and undetailed.

Has SapphireBet won any crypto gambling industry awards?

We could not find any credible evidence that SapphireBet has ever won or gotten nominated for any major sphere awards. That is not a negative, as many region-focused brands that thousands of gamblers use operate successfully without having any awards on their mantel.

Is the longevity of SapphireBet a factor to consider before betting?

Longer track records under decent regulatory monitoring are a show of credibility. SapphireBet had a Curacao license, and now it has an Anjouan one. These do not mean a whole lot, but they are better than nothing. Still, what must get pointed out is that this is a hub that showed up on the scene in 2018. Accordingly, it has been around longer than about 90% of active crypto gambling sites, and that is something that we are sure will reassure a lot of gamblers who are considering this brand.

What levels of community engagement are there at SapphireBet?

There is no site chat, and the SapphireBet footer does not list any links to official social media profiles or groups. As mentioned in the intro, this brand seems to be most popular in Brazil, and we were able to track down a SapphireBet Brazil Telegram channel that had over five thousand members. There was a Brazilian X page, but it had not been updated in a year.

The Brazilian SapphireBet Telegram channel.

Are the terms and conditions clear and fair?

They are not as detailed as we had hoped, and they mix in sports rules, which we did not like. Still, what they explain, they do so clearly enough, with fairness being at the level you would expect from such a site. What does that mean? Well, it has its liability capped at bet value or €500 and gives itself all the usual broad discretion. Though disputes here adhere to a tiered process, where you have ten-day windows to solve complaints with the site support, then your issue gets escalated to upper management, and if the SapphireBet team does not solve it, it goes to arbitration. That seems okay, given what happens and what is offered in the crypto betting sphere.

What levels of anonymity can a bettor at SapphireBet expect?

Very limited anonymity here. That is due to strict identification requirements imposed by this site, which asks for your phone number upon registration, along with various other personal details like your date of birth, physical address, real full name, etc.

What are the account registration requirements?

When you hit the register button at SapphireBet, you get met with four distinct account creation tabs. Yes, you read that right. The first one is One-click, designed for speed, requiring only you to choose a country and currency and enter a promo code if you have one. The second is by phone, requiring you to input your phone number, after which you will receive and have to enter a code sent to you via SMS. You will also have to select a currency.

For a more traditional sign-up, you need to choose the by e-mail tab. This is also the most comprehensive sign-up here, as you must enter details such as your country, city, currency, email, phone number, first name, surname, date of birth, permanent registered address, and a password. We talked about this registration above. Lastly, you have the social networks and messengers option, which lets you register by linking a Telegram, Google, X, Twitch, Apple, or LinkedIn account to this site. You will again have to enter your country and currency when signing up through this method. All four choices require you to confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your place of residence and that you agree to the SapphireBet TOS and this platform’s privacy policy.

What are the KYC requirements?

It is stated that KYC at SapphireBet can get triggered for various reasons. It activates if your withdrawals go over €2,300, if there is a suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, or it may get triggered at random for compliance purposes. Nonetheless, the reality is that to make a withdrawal here, you will have to submit documents.

When you go through this site’s KYC procedure, you get five days to submit a clear photo/scan of a government-issued ID and recent proof of address. All submitted documents must be in English, with the process taking three business days, a timeframe in which you cannot withdraw. If you do not comply with this process, your account will get suspended and maybe even closed, with your funds taken. Be aware that video calls and selfies too may get required at some stage.

Which sports betting software solution does SapphireBet use?

SapphireBet utilizes BetB2B sportsbook software. That is a sports wagering solution that gets mainly utilized by countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States, which are ex-Soviet Union ones. BetB2B got founded in 2008, and now many brands that target this part of the globe use its betting software, which is allegedly used by more than a million people per day. It is also popular in Africa, in countries like Kenya and Nigeria.

Feature-wise, BetB2B’s sportsbook covers over one hundred and eight sports; in recent marketing, this number had gotten bumped up to two hundred. It supplies a good selection of player props, live bets, and a Match of the Day selection. Online event broadcasts are also part of this package, as are loads of advanced features. We do know that many BetB2B bookies lack features such as Auto Cash Out and Bet Builder. Therefore, we think these are maybe not offered by BetB2B, which also has less flexibility in promotional customization or unique branding than more famous betting solution suppliers.

A promo banner for the BetB2B sportsbook software from BetB2B's official site.

What’s the choice of betting markets and odds like at SapphireBet?

The choice of events and markets here is terrific. Maybe slightly better than what Digitain and Upgaming supply. We encountered over eight thousand pre-match events listed for betting at SapphireBet, and many of the top sports had excellent market offerings. For example, many football/soccer matches had checked, we saw over fourteen hundred betting choices.

Sports coverage

You can bet on Football, Tennis, Cricket, Alpine Skiing, Squash, Sumo, Trotting, Trotting AntePost, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Handball, UFC, Water Polo, Wrestling, Gaelic Football, Golf, Greyhound Racing AntePost, Horse Racing, Hurling, Lottery, Martial Arts, Motorbikes, Motorsport, Padel, Pickleball, Polo, Polybet, Rink Hockey, Rugby, Snooker, American Football, Australian Rules, Badminton, Bandy, Bare-knuckle Boxing, Baseball, Beach Volleyball, Bicycle Racing, Boxing, Chess, Curling, Darts, Disc Golf, Field Hockey, Figure Skating, Floorball, Formula 1, and Futsal at SapphireBet.

This site also accepts wagers on politics, entertainment-based events, TV shows, the weather, and pro wrestling.

SapphireBet Live Betting Options

On a Saturday afternoon at about 1 PM, there were four hundred in-play events listed here for betting action, with soccer/football ones featuring over eight hundred wagering choices. That is a live gambling offer that beats what is on hand at most of our reviewed sites. As you will read below, many of these events also have real-time video feeds.

eSports

The mainstays in the category should be Standoff 2, CS 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, Honor of Kings, Mobile Legends, and CrossFire Mobile. However, be aware that SapphireBet adds many major tournaments not only using these games but also other ones in its eSports section.

Virtual Sports

As far as simulated contests go, you can get a similar offering in this department that some online casinos deliver, from providers that many gaming sites work with, such as Pragmatic Play, SolidCon, Golden Bet, Kiron Interactive, Leap Gaming, and 1X2 Gaming.

What Are the Betting Limits at SapphireBet?

The staff told us there is a minimum bet of $0.20 here and no maximum. But we assume there may be personal account limits imposed, even though our agent said he is not aware of this potentially happening.

Does SapphireBet offer good value odds?

They are pretty standard, in line with what top-sphere sports solutions deliver.

What Odds Formats Are Available Here?

They are British, American, Indonesian, Malaysian, Decimal, and Hong Kong.

Is There a Bet Cash Out Feature?

No. Here is what we were told: “We do not have a cash-out option, but we have something similar. We offer a ‘Bet Slip Sale’ feature. If you do not want to wait until your bet has been settled, you can sell the slip back to us in part or in full. This will bring back those funds to your account immediately.”

Does SapphireBet offer live streaming for games?

Yes. We saw eSports streams at SapphireBet and ones for actual sports, such as Volleyball, Basketball, Football, and Ice Hockey. Those were available at one moment when we ran our SapphireBet analysis. We are sure that broadcasts from other sports are on hand here at different times. However, most of the ones we saw were not from super-attractive leagues, but maybe we just caught this sportsbook at the wrong time.

Sportsbook 100% up to $100

Casino Package up to $1,500 + 150 FS

Live Casino Package up to $1,500 + 150 FS

What sportsbook bonuses does SapphireBet provide?

It leans on deposit matches and free bets but has deals like Accumulator of the Day and promos such as Bonus for a Series of Losing Bets. That is a refund of up to $500 if you have suffered twenty consecutive losses on different events within a month. These were active when we wrote this SapphireBet review and were around for some time before we did this. Other types of sports promos will probably get added in the future, and active ones removed. Check other BetB2B sites like Megapari to discover what promotions may make their way on here.

Welcome Sign-Up Bonus

After signing up here, you can claim a 100% free bet up to a maximum on-the-house wager of $50, credited in a day, valid for a week. There is also a 100% bonus up to $100 at SapphireBet, requiring a $1 deposit and must get used within a month/thirty days after registering. The awarded free bet winnings stemming from the first offer must get used on a gratis accumulator with four or more selections with odds of 1.5 or more.

Reload Bonus

There are two sports reloads on this platform that we spotted. You have a 50% Friday Reload and a 75% Saturday one, both up to $116.

Are the Bonus Terms Transparent?

They are decent, listing the standard stuff. Each promo has its terms page, and you can read there what you need to do to reap any benefits from it. Offers here usually have concise conditions, so these pages are not too long.

Are There Any Wagering Requirements/Rollover Rules Attached to Bonus Use?

The 100% welcome sports deal has an x5 rollover valid for accumulators with three or more selections, with odds of 1.40 or higher. The Friday Reload has an x3 wagering requirement restricted to three-selection-plus accumulators, where all selections must have odds of 1.60 or higher. You have a day to complete this stipulation. The 75% Saturday bonus has an x20 rollover, with you required to fulfill this requirement via single bets on football matches, each with odds of 2.00 or higher. Though only main match result (1X2) or the correct score market counts towards you completing this requirement, which you have two days to meet.

The up to 30% rebate supplied for football betting on this platform, which we will tell you about below, also carries an x3 rollover. That means that the funds you get from it must get wagered three times over, and if they are over $115, then an x5 requirement kicks in. Regardless of how many funds you get, to complete its attached rollover, you must make accumulator bets featuring three or more selections each at odds of 1.40 or higher. You face a seven-day deadline to do this.

Are There Any Cashback Deals?

Now, on to the announced football rebate above. There are casino and sportsbook cashback deals at SapphireBet. Bettors who are fans of footie action can enjoy a weekly refund of up to 30% on net losses from wagers made on games from top European leagues like the Premier League, La Liga, and others. The rebate provided is based on your total weekly stake, starting at 10% for a $115 stake and reaching 30% for a $2,308 stake. The cashback, which has a minimum of $12 and a maximum of $2,308, is automatically awarded.

Aside from this football-specific cashback, there is also a general sports betting one at SapphireBet, which provides a weekly cashback of 3% on net losses. It has a minimum payout of $1 and a maximum of $1,000. The sums supplied through this deal are credited automatically on Tuesdays, and to get them, you must have made settled qualifying bets with odds of 1.5 or higher. These cannot be ones featuring totals or handicaps. So, please remember that.

Is There Any Risk-Free Betting at SapphireBet?

There is a free bet award for you if you choose to get the SapphireBet app. This is a promotion that delivers a guaranteed free bet of up to $12 if you make ten or more bets of at least $12 each on events with qualifying odds. These are 1.30 or higher for single wagers and 1.20 or higher for accumulators, which must feature two or more selections. Your free bet amount in this promo gets calculated as the average stake of the first ten settled bets. It gets credited as a promo code within a day, and you must use it in three days as an accumulator with four or more selections, where each one lists 1.4 odds or higher.

Does SapphireBet Offer Odds Boosts?

No. We did not see any at the time of writing.

Are there regular promotional offers besides standard bonuses?

Not really.

Are Any Tournaments or Competitions Run as Promos?

There were none when we did this SapphireBet analysis.

Are There Crypto-Specific Incentives Like Staking?

No.

What VIP or loyalty program benefits does SapphireBet give bettors?

We asked the SapphireBet support team if there are any types of loyalty benefits here, if there is a VIP system of any sort active. They replied that the cashback discussed above serves this purpose and that they do not run any type of rank-based scheme that gives perks for frequent betting activity.

It should get highlighted that SapphireBet has a VIP system for casino gamblers that features eight levels and supplies cashback. You can discover your standing in this system from inside your profile page. Though if you plan on wagering only on sports here, this scheme should be of no interest to you.

How do crypto payment processes work at SapphireBet?

The same as on most sites. To make a deposit, you click on the yellow “Make a Deposit” button at the top, which will direct you to the payment page, where you will see all the cryptos available. If you pick Bitcoin, there is only the native BTC network provided. The platform warns you not to use standards like ERC20, BEP20, or the Lightning Network. If you do this, you risk a loss of funds. To withdraw, you must have your account confirmed and have submitted the required documents. After you do so, you should take out your funds through the method you used for depositing, and when doing so, you must ask for a sum equal to or above €10.

A look at some of the cryptos offered at SapphireBet

What Crypto Payment Methods Can Bettors Use for Banking?

You can use Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Bridged USD Coin (USDC.e), DAI (DAI), Algorand (ALGO), Cosmos Atom (ATOM), Solana (SOL), Toncoin (TON), Tron (TRX), Bitcoin (BTC), Binance Coin BSC (BNB), XRP (XRP), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Dash (DASH), Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC), Digibyte (DGB), Verge (XVG), Qtum (QTUM), Cardano (ADA), Stellar (XLM), Avalanche X-Chain (AVAX), Chainlink (LINK), Shiba Inu (SHIB), and Polygon (MATIC).

Is There Any Crypto Wallet Integration?

No, there is no such option at the SapphireBet crypto casino and sportsbook.

How Fast Are Payouts at SapphireBet?

Ones that are under €2,300 get processed in a day at most, usually within hours after they get approved. Those over €2,300 can take up to three days to get signed off on.

Is There Proof of Successful Payout Transactions?

You can check the transaction record we discussed above. You can ask the support team to provide statements, and you should get an email notification. The site should have internal logs for crypto transfers that offer a trail for disputes.

Are There Any Withdrawal or Payout Limits?

The minimum one is €10, and no weekly or monthly maximums are stated in the T&C.

Are There Any Payment Processing or Transaction Fees?

For cryptos, there should be none.

The Bitcoin deposit window at SapphireBet.

Does SapphireBet Have Any Deposit Rollover Rules?

The site has an x1 general rollover (total stakes = deposit), completable on selections with odds equal to or above 1.1. If you do not do this, you face an 8% fee.

Are There Any Other Non-Standard or Questionable Payment-Related Conditions?

If you use multiple payment methods for depositing, funds must be withdrawn proportionally to each, which can complicate things. For fiat gamblers, the site can refuse withdrawals via certain options and force a bank transfer instead. You may be able to get a refund here if you have not bet anything from your deposited funds. If you have made even one bet, then your balance must get wagered three times over before a refund gets considered. Your request must be made within seven days of the transaction, thirty for those that cite unauthorized access claims. If you do not make your request in this time frame, then that is that. Also, chargebacks at SapphireBet expose you to a €50 administration fee plus reimbursement of all costs.

Do You Need to Complete Account Verification to Withdraw?

You cannot withdraw without submitting documents that prove you are who you say you are at SapphireBet casino and sportsbook.

What’s the customer service like at SapphireBet?

The SapphireBet live chat initially attempts to give you assistance through a chatbot, which is not very good and fails to do so most of the time. If you keep pressing it, it will eventually connect you to a support agent. You also have the option to click a contact operator button at the bottom of this window that will do this for you.

We tried to talk to two site reps in this window, but our experience with both was not good. Most of the questions we asked them, they said they did not have that info, and it would take too long to search for the information. That we were better off reaching out to the email team ([email protected]), which we did, and the response that came from that department was unclear and really did not answer 80% of our over a dozen-question email. Thus, we were not happy with the level of aid we got from these two aid avenues.

You can reach out by phone and talk to the SapphireBet support team by calling 443305330479, or you can request a callback. We did not do this, so we do not know if the help provided via this communication method is any better than the text-based ones we experienced.

We did not see a SapphireBet FAQ page.

Do you get a good betting experience on mobile phones?

You get an okay one. On a desktop mobile simulator, we got a wonky mobile UI that was extremely cluttered and impractical. We hope that no gambler encounters it. But on our Samsung phone, things looked a lot better. What we got there was a clean and compact UI for betting, following a hierarchical layout that aims at clarity.

Navigation there is more icon-based than what other sites provide, with search, favorite, and filter icons in the header. Events again get organized in cards that summarize matches, leagues, and times clearly, and you have the usual persistent navigation bar at the bottom of your screen with core site shortcuts. We can get deeper into explaining the mobile version, but see no reason. It is easy to move around in, and it works well enough in our opinion.

A look at the mobile version of the SapphireBet betting page.

Is there a mobile app?

There is a PWA app, an Android one, as a downloadable APK file, and an iOS one. We did not test any of these out, but we can tell you that we did not like that SapphireBet advertises these pieces of dedicated mobile software as available on Google Play and Apple’s App Store when they are not. That is a lie.

How does the site perform for placing bets and finding betting markets?

Good. As good as other BetB2B sites, which may not deliver a feast for the eyes, but are practical to use and data-rich.

Website design

The design of this website has an outdated feel. There is no left-side main menu here, with navigation primarily relying on a top bar. The way that things get organized here is not very modern, as the layouts of most areas of SapphireBet look a bit thrown together, not really adhering to modern online gambling website patterns, the ones that top-tier white-label turnkey solutions use.

As far as the visual style of SapphireBet goes, this site has a color scheme that revolves around deep royal blue backgrounds, accented with golden yellows and electric blues. The hero banners in the carousel usually have dark backgrounds and bold white headlines. They also mix in 3D-rendered casino symbols and stylized characters. These are too present in many graphics on this platform, which has sans-serif typography.

In our eyes, nothing about SapphireBet screams premium. We would call the overall vibe here a late-to-early 2010s one. The design and branding style are just not something we find appealing, and we doubt that many users will either.

Ease of use

The SapphireBet sportsbook interface is primarily the same one you get at most BetB2B-powered sites. It follows sector UI betting standards but has a more data-rich layout. At the top, below the main site navigation bar, you get featured contests in the middle, presented in the usual cards. The left section of the betting here has a panel where you can access favorite events, check out recommended ones, and view top events/competitions. Below this is the sports/competition selection area, and at the bottom, you have links to the parts of this site that show you bet results, stats, and the like.

In the middle, under the mentioned featured cards, you have two navigation bars with quick access links, under which come events from desired competitions organized in rows, with their top markets/odds displayed.

On the right, the bet slip panel sits, which keeps track of active selections and allows one-click betting. There, under it, you will find promotional banners.

While not very fancy, SapphireBet’s UI is functional and will be familiar to all former BetB2B users, which has a dense data presentation.

A sample of the SapphireBet betting UI.

Speed and technical performance

All good here.

Customizable options

You can do most of the standard stuff, change the UI language, the odds format, the time one, auto-accept odds increases, and the like. Also, SapphireBet is unique in that it lets you pick how you want odds to get displayed, full or short format, and it allows you to select if you want certain features enabled or disabled, such as Display Stats in a New Window, Move Video When Scrolling, Show Game ID, and so on.

Does SapphireBet provide responsible gambling-related resources?

There are no responsible gambling tools in the SapphireBet account profile. Though, going by the site terms, you should be able to activate a self-exclusion ban (one week to one year, extendable with ID verification) or a seven-day cooling-off period by contacting the staff here using this address – [email protected]. You can use the same email to ask for max stake limits to get imposed on your account, which is more than what most sites give you.

What countries are restricted from betting?

Aside from all FATF-blacklisted countries, residents from the US and all its territories, the UK, Austria, Germany, France and its territories, the Netherlands and its territories, the Union of Comoros, and Spain are not allowed to use this site.

Is SapphireBet available in any local languages?

Yes. It is available in Badini, Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Azerbaijani, Bengali, Bulgarian, Portuguese (Brazil), Bosnian, Chinese, Czech, German, Danish, English, Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Cantonese, Croatian, Hungarian, Armenian, Indonesian, Persian, Italian, Japanese, Lao, Korean, Kurmanji, Sorani, Kazakh, Lithuanian, Latvian, Macedonian, Mongolian, Malay, Mexican Spanish, Norwegian, Nepali, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Serbian, Russian, Swedish, Slovenian, Somali, Swahili, Tamil, Thai, Tajik, Turkish, Traditional Chinese, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Vietnamese, and Zazaki.

A look at the SapphireBet language selector.

How does SapphireBet compare against its closest competitors?

From our review batch, SapphireBet’s main competitor is Megapari, another Soviet-centric bookmaker that uses the BetB2B software. These two sites are super similar in all areas, especially in terms of UI, bonuses, and betting features. The latter aspect is their strongest one if we are to compare them to top sector choices, as they beat such rivals in market and pre-match/live event offerings and have comparable bonus ones. Yet, in industry reputation, presentation quality, community engagement, and many other areas, SapphireBet falls drastically behind famous sites such as Roobet or BC.GAME.

Is SapphireBet affiliated with or connected to any other crypto sportsbooks?

No, it is not.

Can you buy crypto on site?

No. There is no such option.

Conclusion: Does my experience with SapphireBet rate it as a solid, high-quality sportsbook?

SapphireBet is not a looker or an internationally well-known brand. Yet, it shines as a feature-packed, crypto-focused sportsbook with undeniable strengths for avid bettors. Its sports wagering offering is exceptional, meaning what you can bet on and what kinds of wagers you can make here. All that gets complemented with broad crypto support and some promos. Plus, you get an interface viewable in loads of languages, weekly cashback, and, allegedly, the possibility of having responsible gambling measures implemented on your account through the customer support team here.

The negatives here are that SapphireBet’s rep is a bit murky, its customer support is not all that great, you have obligatory KYC, the UI here is not very visually appealing, and the overall site design, betting page included, feels dated. There is no traditional cash-out feature at SapphireBet, and no community features or buy-crypto feature.

Our verdict is that SapphireBet is, for sure, worth considering for experienced bettors who care about market depth and streams over attractive promos and loyalty benefits. Novices and anonymity seekers should look for another site to use, but overall, this is a solid mid-tier pick that is not very flashy but outdoes top-sphere brands in several areas.

Are there any signs that SapphireBet could be a scam?

ScamAdviser rates this site as potentially harmful, giving it a low trust rating. That is something to consider, although it may not mean much, as that rating gets constructed by looking at negative site reviews and if a platform’s website registrar is popular with internet scammers. Accordingly, this is not a definite sign that a platform is shady, but that there may be reasons to look at it with caution.

Pros

Great market depth Live streams Many betting categories/sports/events Many accepted cryptos & UI languages

Cons

Mandatory KYC Poor live support No VIP system for bettors Dated design & limited community features
