What’s the customer service like at Velobet?
You can quickly get connected to a Velobet live chat representative. At least that was our experience of using this Velobet help avenue like six or seven times. On each occasion, we got good help. The design of the Velobet website is something we are not fans of. It shares similarities with other platforms run/owned by the same operator, and we think that the overall look and logo of this site do not make it seem like a high-end platform. They give off the impression, in our eyes, that this is a lower quality site than it actually is.
It has a dark theme, with greens and yellows as highlight colors, which makes us think it may target Australian gamblers.
The Upgaming betting solution is modern, but it is a bit blocky like the Digitain one, and while functional, it too could get fixed up a bit to appear a bit more visually appealing. Newbies may feel they are getting bombarded with numbers if they are unfamiliar with online sportsbooks.
