The Group Stage
The opening ceremony and first match of the Group Stage begins on June 14th, when Germany takes on whichever team is drawn as A2 in Munich. The match begins at 21:00 CEST, shortly after the opening ceremony. The Group Stage takes place every day thereafter until it concludes on June 26th.

Round of 16
After the Group Stage, there are two days of rest over June 27-28. The remaining field of sixteen teams will then play in the Round of 16 knockout stage from June 29th until July 2nd.
Quarterfinals
After the Round of 16 matches, there will once again be two rest days, spanning July 3-4. The Quarterfinals are then played over July 5-6 in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Düsseldorf, and Berlin.
Semi-Finals
July 7th and 8th are rest days following the Quarterfinals. On July 9th, the first semi-final will take place in Munich, followed a day later by the other in Dortmund.
Final EURO 2024 Match Schedule
A total of three rest days separates the two Semi-Finals and the EURO 2024 Final. The grand finale is played on July 14th in Berlin at 21:00 CEST.
The EURO 2024 Group Stage Explained
Now that we know when the matches take place, let’s discuss how they work. The hosts automatically receive an entry into the draw in spot A1, meaning that Germany will take their place in Group A. The remaining 23 qualified teams will be seeded and drawn into the subsequent groups.
Number of Groups and Teams
A total of six groups of four teams are drawn at EURO 2024. The drawing for these groups is seeded and takes place on December 2nd, 2023.
Number of Fixtures
Each team will play the other teams in its group a total of three times, making a total of six matches per group for you to bet on.
Qualifying Criteria
The top two teams in each group qualify automatically for the Round of 16, while the best four of the six third-placed teams will also make it.
Eliminate the two worst-performing third-placed teams in each group and all fourth-placed teams. In case of a tie, use the following criteria to separate teams in the following order of importance: Points, Goal Difference, Goals Scored, Match Result (between the two teams), Lower Disciplinary Record, and European Qualifier Ranking.

The sixteen teams that advance this far will then face opposition based on their performance in the Group Stage. Generally speaking, group winners generally play the runners-up or third-placed teams from other groups. This makes it advantageous to try and win your group wherever possible. The Round of 16 begins on June 29th, as the Winner of Group A faces the Runner-up of Group C. The matches are as follows:

Quarterfinals
The first two Quarterfinals begin on July 5th, according to the following schedule:

Semi-Finals

Final
EURO 2024 comes to an end on July 14th in Berlin, when the Winners of Match 49 and Match 50 square off to become the latest European Champions in the final (Match 51).
