The eSports one is an identical deal, which has left us confused as to why these are separate promos instead of one offer that includes eSports wagering as well.

If we are being honest, we did not find all of them to be super clear. The order of the terms is a bit wacky for some of the bonuses, and for these, we could not definitively grasp what line connected to what other promo term. The conditions could have been better explained, with the rules laid out a tad more tidily.

As discussed above, the sports and eSports registration deals have identical terms. Thus, the pair featured a x20 wagering requirement on minimum 1.4-odds picks in multi-bets. Bets made on tennis and baseball get excluded from the sports bonus, as do draw no bet and handicap wagers. Know that for these bonuses, the offered funds must get used within thirty days.

The loyalty cashback we will talk about below also has an x45 requirement, which must get completed within two weeks.

If not by the time you are reading this, in the near future, hopefully, as this deal stayed active throughout 2024 and 2025 on this platform.

You get the same 3+1 promotion here that you get at Jackbit. It earns you a free bet by making three qualifying bets. The on-the-house wager supplied for these three will be 15% of the previous three bets’ total stake. You get a 10% cashback in the first level with the base withdrawal limits of $7,500/$15,000, and no appreciation chip. There are no public betting milestones disclosed. So, we do not know how much you need to wager here to move from level to level. The support was no help on this topic.

As a FreshElite gambler, you get the base withdrawal limits, with the same 10% cashback as the one for Fresh users, but here the Maximum Cash Out goes up to x15, and you get treated to $750 in appreciation chips. FreshPro members get a $20,000 monthly payout cap, up to x20 MCO cashback, and a $1,500 chip. The general site design here is poor. FreshBet has a dark-themed aesthetic with orange-gold highlights. It uses some light effects in the background and graphics where oranges, blues, and yellows dominate. We would call the organization at FreshBet symmetrical, with probably a modular layout. Overall, there is a poor hierarchy here with bad text sizes, old-timey boxes, and elements that seem to be thrown together. When we first opened the FreshBet casino section, we thought our browser had zoomed out on this page, making us hit CTRL+0 to get back to the 100% default look, but to our surprise, we were already at it.

You get the typical banner carousel below the top navigation menu, and everything seems so blocky here, with graphics lacking borders, giving this site a cheap, amateurish feel.

Ease of use

The Upgaming sportsbook at FreshBet has a visually optimized layout for quick market access. As is the case with most modern solutions, the left-hand menu segments main categories like Top Leagues, Sports, and it too has Time Filters. That makes it easy for you to quickly jump to popular competitions. The software too lets you toggle between Top Events, Upcoming, Live, and My Favorites above the central area where the main events and the chief markets for these get presented. The bet slip is fixed on the right-hand side, and that is where you can monitor selected odds/markets.

While the odds table is well organized, it is slightly cramped on smaller screens due to too many markets shown per row. We do like the small arrow menus for deeper markets over/under markets. As a whole, this sportsbook is functional and relatively easy to use for placing bets.

The site loads relatively fast on our Acer laptop and Samsung phone. But we had loads of problems with the live chat, and the site kept asking for Cloudflare human verifications, which got tedious after a while.
